External Spool PTFE Mount
External Spool PTFE Mount (Printable CAD)
Description: The External Spool PTFE Mount is designed to support larger spools (2 kg - 5 kg), enabling the PTFE tube to be routed along the outside of the printer for smoother feeding.
Hardware Required:
- 2× M3×15 screws (15 - 18 mm will work)
- 2× M3 T-nuts
- Hex screwdriver or Allen key
Usage: This mount helps stabilize and organize your setup, particularly useful for large spools.
Material: PA12-CF25 (Alternative: ABS)
Fan Shrouds
Description: Part cooling fan shrouds for T0 (left) and T1 (right) extruders. These direct airflow for improved cooling on specific materials and geometries.
Material: PA12-CF25 (Alternative: PA6-CF25)
Wire Covers
Wire Cover T0 Rev2 Wire Cover T1 Rev2
Description: Protective covers for the extruder wiring harnesses on T0 and T1. These covers prevent wire damage and improve cable management on the toolhead.

Fume Extraction
BOFA Fume Extraction Adapter Fume Extraction Holes Cover
Description: Adapter for BOFA fume extraction systems and cover plate for the fume extraction ports when not in use. The adapter enables connection to external filtration systems.

Extruder/Tool Interface
Description: High-temperature interface component that connects the LGX extruder to the toolhead assembly. Critical component requiring PEEK material for thermal resistance.

Filament Sensors
Filament Sensor Newer Machines Filament Sensor Older Machines
Description: Filament sensor housings for detecting filament runout or jam conditions. Newer machines use the updated V3 design (.3mf format), while older machines use the previous version (.step format).

Distribution Block Rail
Description: This rail is installed on the toolhead, and the distribution block slides on top of it. The distribution block manages electrical connections for the extruder assembly.
