Mechanical issues

• Motion system adjustment — Fix binding, skipping, or misalignment in XY/Z axes
• Z-wobble — Diagnose and correct Z-axis wobble artifacts
• Vacuum leaks — Test and fix vacuum chamber seal issues
• Filament tube compressing — Fix accordion effect in PTFE tubes

V4-specific: Z-probe, end stops, filament breaks in tube, unresponsive printer, heater fault at print start.

Electrical & heating

• Heater faults — Resolve temperature errors and heater warnings
• PID tuning — Optimize heater control for stable temperatures
• Under-extrusion — Diagnose insufficient material flow

Print quality

• Warping — Prevent parts from lifting off the build plate
• Layer adhesion & cracking — Fix delamination between layers
• Filament jamming — Clear jams in the PTFE tube and hotend (including heat creep)
